Your Other Family Doctor
Statesboro Bulloch Regional Veterinary Hospital has deep roots in the Statesboro and Bulloch County community. Our founding partners, Dr. William “Buddy” Morgan and Dr. Billy Nessmith, are both natives of the Bulloch County area and have been practicing veterinary medicine in our community for well over 20 years. Our local roots give us a homegrown understanding of the health issues pets, large animals, and livestock in our community face.
Born from the merger of Statesboro Animal Hospital and Bulloch Veterinary Clinic, Statesboro Bulloch Regional Veterinary Hospital opened its doors to the animals (and their owners) of Statesboro, Bulloch County, and beyond in 2008.
This merger has allowed to Statesboro Bulloch Regional Veterinary Hospital to offer expanded services to the growing number of family pets and large animals in the Bulloch County region, while still retaining the “other family doctor” feel our practice is known for. We consider our patients and their owners to be part of our extended family, and hope you feel you can call on us in your time of need, just as you would an old friend or your family physician.
As part of our ongoing commitment to your pet’s wellbeing, we have expanded our practice to include the latest modalities of treatment and diagnostics, expanded our wellness, nutrition and dental services, and developed a first-rate orthopedic surgery program, which includes orthopedic plating in addition to the more traditional casting and pinning offered by most vets.
We hope you will take a moment to explore all that Statesboro Bulloch Regional Veterinary Hospital has to offer you and your pet. Whether you are new to our practice or are old friends just stopping by to see what’s new, we hope you call on us for your pet’s veterinary needs.
